| Bedrooms 3 Bdrm cottage. 1 bedroom with King sized bed (view of pine trees through window), 2nd bedroom with Queen sized bed (view of trees and front land), 3rd bedroom with double bed (full view of lake). Oak flooring in all bedrooms. Vaulted ceilings in each room. Cottage sleeps up to 6-8. Kitchen Equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, fridge/stove, full glasswares and cookwares. Oak cabinetry throughout with room for food storage as well as kitchen pantry closet. Living room Corner fireplace with accent lighting, TV/VCR (with CABLE TV), TELEPHONE, 1 futon sofa in living room, 1 plush loveseat sofa, patio doors leading to 30 ft. balcony deck overlooking the lake, large picture window (fully openable). Dining Area Open concept dining area overlooking kitchen and ajoining living room, with full view of patio doors and lake. Also large screened dining area window gives full view of back area of house (trees and hill). Bathroom Full ceramic tiled bathroom with pedestal sink and full AIR JACUZZI TUB. Very spacious Jacuzzi tub for one person, but designed to fit 2 people (dimensions are 42" wide x 60" long x 27" wide at the front). Tub is also an oversized shower. Water Supply Private well - excellent drinking water Winter Heating Electric heating in all rooms. Corner fireplace can be used as well (but is not required to heat house) |

| Cottage is 35 ft from the lake, with an ideal gradual and firm lakefront bottom. Lakefront entrance is excellent for smaller children - it is less than 12 inches deep! Grassed land is flat by the lake, and partially treed for some nice shady spots. We have a firepit by the lake, long balcony with chairs, 2 picnic tables on the land, and a long dock with your own peddle-boat and canoe included in the rental. |
