-Prices quoted are for a complete specified period of time (ie. $400 is a total weekend rate for cottage, not "per night" or "per person" rate). 

-Additional charge for parties of 6 or greater may be required.  Please email to info@cottagevacation.com or call 450-967-9313 (Howard or Sharon) to see if there is an additional rate charge.  Additional firewood charge is optional.

-Any last minute specials in July August, including last minute weekend availabilities, will be posted in JULY or AUGUST ONLY on the Home Page.  
-We do NOT offer seasonal rates for July/August.

-Pets are welcome at all the cottages. 

-All cottages listed on this page are lakefront/waterfront and have shallow water entrances for children, and each cottage comes with it's own peddleboat and canoe.

-Rentals will follow either a Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday schedule (depending on the cottage).  Please inquire.

- Prices and conditions subject to change without notice.
- Deposit of 50% payable upon reservation.

- Renter must sign rental contract.  A valid credit card or cash security deposit will be required on the first day of rental.  

- Rates are in Canadian dollars.
