| This cottage is all new - constructed in 2006 on the shorelines of Lac Cardin and Grand Lac Long - 2 ajoining lakes. This lakefront home is on a private off-road with no traffic, and the land on both the sides and behind the home are forested with mature pine, birch and maple trees. Quiet lakefront roads nearby allow easy for strolls or hikes right from the cottage. We are in a natural preservation area, so there are no other chalets behind or across the lake. This new home is in the heart of the Laurentians, close to all amenities - 10 minutes from Ste-Agathe des Monts, 25 min to Mont Tremblant, only one hour from Montreal. The house has a very large landscaped grassed flat lawn, 35 ft wide deck , private dock for fishing and swimming, with canoe and peddleboat included. |
| The Grand Lac lakefront home has a spacious yet cozy interior with 3 closed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings in the living room/dining room overlooking the lake. Cozy corner fireplace. Open design with screened patio doors and lakefront views throughout. This home also has 2 "master" bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has a wonderful screened patio door that leads to a private deck with lakefront views. 2nd bedroom upstairs has screened French doors to a private balcony. |

Third smaller bedroom has a queen bed.. Cottage sleeps up to 9 when including the sofa bed in living room. NOTE: Bed configurations to change by late fall 2007. Kitchen Equipped with dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, full fridge/stove, full glasswares and cookwares. Plenty of extra cabinet pantry space. Living room TV/DVD (with satelliteTV), CD player, corner gas fireplace, fold out sofa bed, lounge chair and ottoman, extra large 3-pane patio doors to deck with large view of lake. Dining Room Open concept dining area ajoining kitchen, overlooking living room with lakeviews. Seats up to 6, but we do have folding chairs for up to 8. Bath 2 full bathrooms. Main floor bathroom has a full bathtub with shower. Large 2nd story bathroom has angled shower and full washer/dryer. Water Supply Private artesian well with Water Purification System (removes excess minerals). Water cooler available (optional). |

Ft 60 000 sq ft on property, 40 ft from lakefront, grassed, mature pine, birch and maple forest at property lines, down driveway, and on other side of our private road (no cottages across road). Private, no neighbour views. Lakefront 150 ft of frontage on Lac Cardin (some frontage is still naturally forested). Natural shoreline with dock and landscaped fieldstone. Sand/pebble firm bottom to lake that starts off shallow (2 inches deep), and gets deeper by the end of the dock (4 feet deep). No diving off dock (too shallow), but swimming is very good. CANOE and PEDDLEBOAT INCLUDED IN RENTAL. Outdoor Amenities Large 35' deck off both living room and master bedroom with wonderful view of lake, 1 garden patio set (2 tables), Gas BBQ, all overlooking lake. | This chalet is located on one of the most prestigious lakes in the area - the twin motorized lakes of Grand Lac Long and Lac Cardin. The 2 joining lakes comprise more than 24 km of lakeshore to explore - from open blue waters with mansion shoreline cottages, to isolated penisula's and inlets and many natural preserved areas such as ours. |
| Our cottage is located on one of the most natural areas of the lakes - there are no cottages in front of ours, or behind, so enjoy a completely natural lakefront and mountian forest view from the balcony, deck, or dock. Fish, swim or boat right from the dock. AAA rated fresh mountain water. Very good natural fishing lake. |
