| Lac Magnon is a 1.5 km long lake with long shallow beach areas, lily pads & duck families! The lake has a beautiful shallow water channel that connects to Lac Arpin, a large unpopulated northern lake with beautiful open water and forests. AAA rated fresh mountain water (drinkable) Very good natural fishing lake |
| Deux Lacs cottage is 30 ft from the lake on a little cove with a narrow flat sand/pebble beach water entrance, ideal for children. The cottage, being on a little lake cove, offers beautiful views of the lake from both the front and the sides of the house. The front glassed sunroom allows a panoramic lake view as well. Privacy is assured by large pine trees on the property sides. 16 000 sq ft of flat land, exterior seating/picnic area, lake dock, BBQ, canoe and peddleboat included. The cottage is on a calm and peaceful lake that has a nice easy waterway that connects to another lake - 2 lakes to boat through! |
| INTERIOR: The interior has a vaulted livingroom ceiling, open concept living area, adjoining kitchen. Large living room is 20 ft x 12 ft, television with CABLE TV, and big glassed corner windows that overlook the lake (with corner sectional sofa). Fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and has a large island. Separate dining room is glassed in as well, with 7 windows (all screened to open), overlooking the lake and forest. Great summer breezes. The cottage has 3 closed bedrooms and one bathroom. |

About Lac Magnon: Our lake has lots of channels that connects to other lakes. You can boat through a shallow calm waterway right across from our cottage and come out to Lac Arpin, a large, unpopulated natural lake! Or, "portage" through a shallow stream and end up at Petit Lac Long, another Laurentian lake with lots to see! We also have small rapids that run off the east side of our lake - we have a wonderful little bridge that kids bike on and skip rocks at and is a little walk from our cottage. | Watch the fish jump out of the water from the comfort of the cottage! Large sunroom with screened glass windows (that open) overlooking lake from both front and side. The room is 10 x 17 ft, so a very comfortable size, can act as a second living room to enjoy a good book or a playroom for the kids. |
